However, writing instrument specifications — including nib characteristics, fill capacity, and material finish — may vary slightly between production batches. Such variation is inherent in handcrafted goods and does not constitute a defect.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.

3. Placing an order

By submitting an order enquiry through this website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We do not process payment directly through this website. All payment arrangements are confirmed by correspondence.

5. Shipping and delivery

We dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery timescales depend on destination country and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruption, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@nibriq.com before the expiry of this period. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Inks that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty.

7. Warranty and defects

All pens sold through this studio are tuned and tested before dispatch. In the event of a manufacturing defect or a fault attributable to our tuning, we will repair or replace the pen at no cost within 12 months of purchase. Normal wear, damage caused by improper use, or deterioration of ink or paper are not covered by this warranty.

8. Intellectual property

9. Limitation of liability
